POLICY COVERAGE

This Policy covers most of the online services owned by Empowered Intimacy, including this website, and her social media accounts. This Policy does not cover the practices of companies that are not owned by Empowered Intimacy. Sometimes, we may display a link to another company’s website or online services. When you click on one of these links, you are leaving Empowered Intimacy and entering another dimension, where this Policy no longer applies. WHAT ABOUT MY CREDIT CARD INFORMATION?

We only use PCI-compliant third parties to process credit card transactions, and we never personally see your credit card information. Currently, we are using Stripe through this website to process credit card transactions. Squareup is also used for invoicing and payments, At times the following payment gateways may also be used: Venmo, Zelle, and CashApp.

Empowered Intimacy is a business that is formed and operated in the United States. However, with Empowered Intimacy’s strong sense of wander, our team is often caught working abroad. As such, most of our data is stored and processed in the United States, but at times, some of your information may be processed and stored overseas. In addition to storing information directly onto our hard drives, we also use some third-party cloud storage systems and apps to ensure that your information isn’t lost. These third parties may store and transfer your information outside of the United States. 

LIABILITY FOR THIRD-PARTY SOFTWARE & APPS

We carefully choose the best third-party software and apps. We check their security standards before using them with your personal information. But we are not responsible if they don't protect your privacy or data. We provide links to the software and apps we use and recommend you read their privacy policies.
 

KEEPING YOUR INFORMATION SAFE

We have measures in place to protect your information, but no online system is completely secure. Problems like viruses or system failures might put your personal information at risk.
